Chinese Visa Application

Original passport with at least six months validity, blank pages and a copy of the bio data page.
A properly filled visa application form with a recent colour passport photograph with a light background attached.
Previous Chinese visas (for foreign nationals with previous Chinese citizenship)
An original passport and a copy of the data page are required when applying for a Chinese visa for the first time.
Copies of previous passport data page and previous Chinese visa if current passport does not contain any Chinese visa.
If the name on the current passport is different from the name on the previous passport, the name change must be officially proven.
There will be some extra documents required according to the visa type.
