Indian Visa Application

Determine the type of visa you need and check if you are eligible to apply for same type of Indian Visa.
Documents in other languages may need to be translated to English language before applying for the Indian Visa.
Each application must meet the guidelines for the particular Indian Visa type.
The applicants need to complete an online Indian Visa Application Form, and the Indian Visa Application Form is to be printed and signed by the applicants.
An appointment at a relevant Visa Application Centre needs to be booked in.
All applicants’ biometric information (fingerprints and photograph), and other required documents along with the hard copy of the completed application form are to be submitted in person at the day of the appointment.
Individual appointment needs to be booked for each member of the family or group.
Make sure to arrive at the Visa Application Centre at least 15 minutes before the actual appointment time.
Only the completed applications are accepted. Non-submission of required documents may lead to refusal of visa application. Once the application is submitted, no changes in dates or conditions of travel will be accepted.
Applicants are requested to apply well in advance to the intended date of travel.
The Consulate/Embassy does not provide with any information/update on the status of a Visa Application/Processing.
